Privacy & Cookies

Last updated 13 August 2026

This page explains what Social Cup Coffee does with your information when you use this website. We keep it short because we genuinely do very little with it.

Who we are

Social Cup Coffee is a mobile coffee van operated by Connor Doyle, trading in Liverpool and across Merseyside. For anything on this page, contact us through Instagram.

What we collect

Only what you type into the enquiry form: your name, email address, phone number if you give one, and the details of your event. Nothing else. There is no account to create and no newsletter.

Why, and on what basis

We use it for one thing: to reply to your enquiry and, if you book, to turn up at the right place on the right day. The lawful basis is legitimate interests (responding to someone who has contacted us) and, where you go on to book, performance of a contract.

Who sees it

Your enquiry is delivered by email through Resend, our email provider, and this site is hosted on Cloudflare. We do not sell your details, and we do not pass them to anyone for marketing.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept while we are talking, and for up to 12 months afterwards in case you come back to us. Ask us to delete yours sooner and we will.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising trackers. That is why you have not been shown a cookie banner. There is nothing to consent to. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which will see your IP address as part of serving the file.

There is one video on the site, hosted by YouTube. It does not load until you click play. Until then, nothing is requested from YouTube and no cookie is set. If you do play it, YouTube's privacy-enhanced player applies and their privacy policy covers what they collect.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to us holding it. Message us and we will sort it. If you are not happy with how we handle it you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.

A note on what not to send us

The enquiry form is for event bookings. Please do not use it to send us health information or anything else sensitive. It is not a secure channel and we have no need for it.
